The main purpose of the study is to understand how safe and tolerable is elranatamab when given along with iberdomide. There are 2 parts to this study. Part 1 will look at how safe and tolerable is elranatamab when given with iberdomide. Part 2 will look at the correct amount of this combination that can be given to patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Myeloma is a type of cancer that begins in plasma cells (white blood cells that produce antibodies). Refractory means a disease or condition that does not respond to treatment. Relapsed means the return of a disease after a period of improvement. All study medicines are given in cycles that last 28 days. Everyone taking part in this study will receive elranatamab as a shot under the skin. Iberdomide will be taken by mouth once a day for 21 days over a 28-day cycle. Participants will receive study medicine until: - their disease progresses or, - they experience unacceptable side effects or, - they choose to no longer take part in the study. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and can be used for multiple myeloma treatment.

Traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) are common. Post-TBI depression is associated with anxiety, aggression, fatigue, distractibility, anger, irritability, and rumination. The current research group conducted a pilot clinical trial, which investigated the novel treatment combination of buspirone and melatonin (B+MEL) in outpatients with clinical depression. Compared to placebo, B+MEL was associated with a significant improvement in depressive symptoms. Depression following TBI may be different from clinical depression. The B+MEL combination has never been studied in patients with post-TBI depression. The B+MEL has shown promise in ameliorating cognitive difficulties in people with depression. Because cognitive problems are typical in people with post-TBI depression, we plan to measure the effect of the B+MEL combination on cognitive ability in post-TBI depression. Additionally, we are interested in measuring functional magnetic resonance imaging changes before and after treatment with B+MEL in order to gain insight into the brain mechanisms of our hypothesized clinical symptom changes. The goals of the proposed pilot research project are to assess changes in symptoms in patients with post-TBI depression following Buspirone + Melatonin combination (B+MEL), and the corresponding brain mechanisms underlying these hypothesized changes by measuring: 1) depressive symptoms; 2) cognitive symptoms; 3) functional magnetic resonance imaging.

This study is open to people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). They can only take part if they have completed treatment in a previous study with a medicine called nerandomilast or BI 1015550. The goal of this study is to find out how well people with pulmonary fibrosis tolerate long- term treatment with nerandomilast. The study also tests whether nerandomilast improves lung function and prolongs the time until symptoms get worse, participants need to go to the hospital, or die. Every participant takes nerandomilast as tablets for up to 1 year and 10 months. The participants may also continue their regular treatment for pulmonary fibrosis during the study. Participants visit their doctors regularly. During these visits, the doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants. Participants also regularly do lung function tests.

The purpose of the study is to understand how the study medicine PF-06823859 (dazukibart) works in people with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (DM and PM). These disorders cause inflammation that weakens the muscles that are important for movement and may also cause skin rash in people with DM. This study is seeking participants who: - Are 18 years of age or older or minimum legal adult age as defined per local regulation, whichever is greater - Have active DM or active PM. - Are receiving a stable dose of 1 corticosteroid taken by mouth and/or 1 traditional immunosuppressant. - Note: Corticosteroids and immunosuppressants are medicines that help reduce inflammation and may signal to the immune system not to attack the body. Dermatomyositis (DM) is a rare disease that causes muscle inflammation that results in muscle weakness and low muscle stamina. Patients with DM have a characteristic skin rash. Polymyositis (PM) is a rare disease that involves mainly muscle inflammation resulting in muscle weakness, that can sometimes be painful. Patients with DM and PM may have trouble going up the steps, walking or getting to a standing position. Some of the participants will receive the study medicine (dazukibart) and some will receive placebo (which is similar to study medicine but contains no medicine in it). The study medicine or placebo will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion (directly into the veins), which takes about 1 hour; every 4 weeks from Day 1 to Week 48 of the study. Both dazukibart and placebo and will be given at the study site. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving study medication to those of the people who do not. This will help to see if dazukibart is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 13 months. During this time, participants will have 15 study visits. These visits will be performed at the study site.

Parts 1 and 2 will enroll participants with ISM. Participants enrolled in Part 2 will roll over onto Part 3 to receive treatment with elenestinib in an open-label fashion following completion of the earlier Part. The goal of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of same-day radiation planning and treatment. The study will shorten the time interval between radiation planning (radiation mapping) and radiation treatment. The intent of this shorter time interval is to increase the likelihood that the brain metastases being treated remain fully within the high-dose radiation fields. Participants will be randomized to receive brain-directed stereotactic radiation with a 1mm margin or 0mm margin, have their simulation/radiation planning imaging on the same day that brain-directed stereotactic radiation is delivered, and have repeat simulation/radiation planning scans during the course of treatment if more than 2-3 days have elapsed since the most recent scans.

Raynaud's phenomenon is a condition where the blood vessels in participants fingers and toes get too narrow when cold or stressed. This makes participants fingers and toes change colors - they might turn white, then blue, and finally red as blood flow returns. It can be painful and cause numbness or tingling. When participants have Raynaud's, blood vessels react too strongly to cold or stress. Fingers and toes may turn white (blood moves away from the area), blue (lack of oxygen), or red and feel painful or tingly when warming up. These episodes usually last from a few minutes to several hours. There are two types of Raynaud's. Primary Raynaud's (also called Raynaud's disease) itself and isn't connected to other health problems. It's the most common type and affects mostly women under 30. Secondary Raynaud's (also called Raynaud's phenomenon) is caused by other diseases like lupus, scleroderma, or rheumatoid arthritis. This type tends to be more serious and may cause painful sores on fingertips called digital ulcers. For mild cases, staying warm might be enough. But if symptoms are severe, participants doctor might prescribe various medications including calcium channel blockers - blood pressure medicines that help open blood vessels, or other vasodilators - medicines that widen blood vessels. About 40% of people with scleroderma develop painful sores on their fingertips called digital ulcers. These happen when there isn't enough blood flow to heal small injuries. For severe cases with digital ulcers, doctors might use prostacyclin therapy - medicines that mimic a natural substance that opens blood vessels. Oral treprostinil is a newer pill form of prostacyclin therapy that helps improve blood flow. The investigators are conducting a research study testing whether oral treprostinil - a pill that mimics prostacyclin (a natural blood vessel opener) - can help people with severe Raynaud's that doesn't respond to usual treatments. This represents hope for better treatment options for people with the most challenging cases of this condition.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether a 16-week supervised, clinic-based circuit training intervention utilizing resistance and functional exercises and self-directed aerobic exercise will improve frailty and sarcopenic status and disease progression outcomes among pre-frail/frail metastatic prostate cancer patients receiving androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
