The goal of this study is to refine and test a psychosocial intervention called ASCENT (ACT-based Supportive intervention for patients with CENTral nervous system tumors). This intervention was developed to help patients after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. The main question this study aims to answer is whether this intervention is feasible (i.e., possible to carry out) and acceptable (i.e., considered helpful) to patients. Participants will be asked to take part in 6 coaching sessions and complete short surveys at four different time points. Some participants will be asked to share feedback via interviews.

The purpose of this study is to find out if pulsed dye laser treatment or timolol maleate 0.5% gel can help infants who have a hemangioma. The investigators also want to find out if pulsed dye laser treatment and timolol maleate 0.5% gel are safe to use without causing too many side effects. Hemangioma is a common type of birthmark. These birthmarks happen when many new blood vessels grow in a specific area on the skin. Blood vessels are tiny tubes that carry blood through the body. No one knows what causes blood vessels to group together. Most birthmarks don't hurt at all and they usually aren't a sign of any kind of illness. Lots of newborns have these birthmarks on their bodies, like between the eyebrows. These birthmarks usually disappear within the first few months to years of life. These birthmarks tend to disappear spontaneously. Most hemangiomas are not treated unless the hemangioma threatens the child's health, which occurs in about 1 in 3 children with hemagiomas. Pulsed dye laser is widely used in children, and is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating hemangioma. The FDA has approved timolol maleate to treat glaucoma in adults, but the FDA has not approved timolol maleate to treat hemangiomas in children. About 7 infants with hemangiomas have received timolol maleate. The results so far show that timolol maleate may be helpful and safe in treating hemangiomas in infants. An important question being tested in this study is whether pulsed-dye laser or timolol maleate can prevent hemangioma from growing when used very early after birth.

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy of ivonescimab monotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer harboring actionable genomic alterations who have received prior targeted therapies and chemotherapy. This clinical trial also aims to assess the efficacy of ivonescimab plus carboplatin/pemetrexed chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer harboring actionable genomic alterations other than epidermal growth factor receptor mutations who have received prior targeted therapies but no chemotherapy. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Will ivonescimab alone or together with carboplatin/pemetrexed chemotherapy shrink tumors in the clinical trial's patients? - Will ivonescimab alone or together with carboplatin/pemetrexed chemotherapy effectively influence if the patients' cancer grows, how long the treatment takes to start working, how long the treatment keeps working after it first starts to help, how long the treatment keeps the cancer from getting worse, and overall survival of patients? - How many patients receiving ivonescimab alone or together with carboplatin/pemetrexed chemotherapy will experience treatment-emergent, treatment-related, immune-related, and especially interesting side effects? Patients receiving ivonescimab alone will receive an intravenous infusion of ivonescimab every 3 weeks for up to 24 months. Patients receiving ivonescimab together with carboplatin/pemetrexed chemotherapy will receive separate intravenous infusions of ivonescimab, pemetrexed, and carboplatin every 3 weeks for 4 cycles (each cycle is 21 days). These patients will continue to receive infusions of ivonescimab and pemetrexed every 3 weeks for up to 24 total months.

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding tivozanib to standard therapy pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone for the treatment of patients with high-risk renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Tivozanib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving pembrolizumab and tivozanib together may work better than pembrolizumab alone in treating patients with RCC.

The goal of this study is to see whether kisspeptin, a naturally occurring hormone, can stimulate the release of other reproductive hormones in men and women with idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH). The investigators are also examining whether kisspeptin can help women release eggs from their ovaries. Kisspeptin will be administered SC for two weeks in a pulsatile fashion. Ultrasound monitoring of ovarian follicular growth (for women) and frequent blood sampling (every 10 minutes for up to 70 minutes) will be performed to assess the physiologic response to kisspeptin over time. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07799933) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medicines in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor with a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799933. PF-07799933 comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine: - People with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive binimetinib. Binimetinib comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. - People with colorectal cancer may also receive cetuximab or cetuximab and mFOLFOX6 (Chemotherapy regimen). Cetuximab will be given weekly (or every two weeks) in the clinic as a shot given in the vein or port (intravenous, IV). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. The study team will monitor how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic.
