The overall goal of this study is to evaluate the effect of a testosterone drug called Depo-Testosterone (or 'testosterone cypionate'), an FDA-approved drug for improving fatigue, sexual function, quality of life, body composition, muscle strength, and physical activity in young cancer survivors who report fatigue and have low testosterone. Main hypothesis is that Testosterone administration in young male cancer survivors who are in remission for at least 1 year, report cancer-related fatigue and have symptomatic testosterone deficiency will be associated with greater improvements in fatigue scores compared with placebo. The Apple Health Study aims to build a diverse and inclusive group of participants to help researchers advance our understanding of how signals and information collected from apps and devices relate to health and may be used to predict, detect, monitor, and manage changes in health. To enroll, US residents who have an iPhone can download the Apple Research app from the App Store and go through the introduction and informed consent for the Apple Health Study. This study is fully remote, and all are invited to enroll if the eligibility criteria are met. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the EpiFaith® syringe on the learning curve of
anesthesia residents for the labor epidural technique. Anesthesia residents with prior

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the EpiFaith® syringe on the learning curve of anesthesia residents for the labor epidural technique. Anesthesia residents with prior experience placing < 5 labor epidurals will be enrolled. Their performance of 20 sequential labor epidural placements with either standard technique with a beveled glass syringe or the EpiFaith® syringe will be observed. Successful epidural placement over time with sequential epidural placement attempts will be measured between groups. The primary outcome will be rate of successful epidural placement. Success will be defined as a composite of 4 criteria: maximum 3 attempts for placement; no need to re-site at a different level; no required intervention by the supervising attending anesthesiologist; and adequate analgesia with a visual analog score (VAS) <3 at 30 minutes. We hypothesize that use of the EpiFaith® syringe will enable a faster learning curve for successful epidural placement. A cumulative sum chart (CUSUM) analysis will evaluate whether the EpiFaith® syringe causes deviation from the control learning curve. wound-healing remotely with the assistance of an AI program.

The investigators want to explore the use of a smartphone app that allows patients to take photos of their wounds in early stages of healing, so that clinicians can monitor wound-healing remotely with the assistance of an AI program. Participants will choose whether they want to be in the control group or the app group. Participants in the app group will be asked to download an app on their personal smartphone before their surgery. After the procedure, participants will upload a photo of their surgery site as well as answer some questions about its characteristics either on a daily or weekly basis. A healthcare provider and the app's AI algorithm will observe this information to determine the risk of infection. Participants in the control group will not be asked to use the app. Their medical record will be monitored by study staff intermittently to see if they develop infection. Researchers are looking for more ways to treat PAH. In PAH, the blood vessels in the lungs become thick and narrow, which makes it harder for blood to flow. This causes high blood pressure in the lungs and overworks the heart. PAH can make it hard to breathe and be active. Some standard (usual) treatments for PAH can treat symptoms of PAH but do not stop PAH from getting worse. Sotatercept is a study medicine designed to treat PAH. It is a targeted therapy, which is a treatment that works on certain proteins that play a role in causing PAH. This is a long-term follow-up (LTFU) study. People who took part in certain other studies testing sotatercept for PAH may be able to join this study. The goal of this study is to learn about the long-term safety of sotatercept and if people tolerate it when taken with standard PAH treatment over a longer period of time. This study is open to people aged 40 years or older who have at least 1 family member with pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis is a condition where lung tissue becomes scarred, making it harder to breathe. People can join if a lung scan shows early changes in the lung, called interstitial lung abnormalities, which may lead to lung scarring. People with family members who have pulmonary fibrosis are more likely to develop it themselves. That is why it is important to check early for lung changes and find ways to prevent the condition from getting worse. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called nerandomilast can help slow down changes in the lung in people with a family history of pulmonary fibrosis. Participants are put into one of 2 groups randomly, which means the group is chosen by chance. One group takes nerandomilast tablets, and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like nerandomilast tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet twice a day for about 2 to 3 years. There is a 3 out of 5 chance that participants will receive nerandomilast instead of the placebo. Participants are in the study for about 2 to 3 years. Participants visit the study site multiple times: more frequently during the first 2 years (about every 3 months), and then every 6 months thereafter. In the 3rd year, participants also have phone calls with the site staff every 3 months. Doctors regularly test lung function and take chest scans to see if the treatment works. The results are compared between the 2 groups to see if nerandomilast helps. The doctors also check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Adults 18 years of age and older or above legal age with lung fibrosis related to systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease can participate in this study. People can only take part if they show no improvement in lung function after standard treatment with immunosuppressant medicine. The main purpose of this study is to find out how a medicine called nerandomilast affects the lungs in people with systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes nerandomilast tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like nerandomilast tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet 2 times a day for at least 26 weeks and up to 1 year. Participants continue immunosuppressant treatment for their underlying rheumatic disease. Participants are in the study for about 7.5 to 13 months depending on when they join the study. During this time, they visit the study site about 9 to 10 times. At study visits, participants have lung function tests. At select visits, chest imaging is performed. Participants fill in questionnaires about their symptoms and quality of life. The results between the 2 groups are compared to see whether the treatment works. This phase III trial compares the effect of continuation of treatment with pembrolizumab (usual approach) to observation only at preventing cancer from coming back in patients with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who achieved a pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy in combination with pembrolizumab. The usual approach for patients with early-stage TNBC who receive preoperative chemotherapy plus pembrolizumab is to continue to receive pembrolizumab for up to 27 weeks after surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help researchers determine if observation is as good as receiving pembrolizumab for 27 weeks after surgery in triple-negative breast cancer patients who achieved a pathologic complete response after preoperative treatment with chemotherapy and pembrolizumab. This phase III trial compares the effect of modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium,

and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX) for the treatment of advanced, unresectable, or metastatic HER2
negative esophageal, gastroesophag1 expand
This phase III trial compares the effect of modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan (mFOLFIRINOX) to modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX) for the treatment of advanced, unresectable, or metastatic HER2 negative esophageal, gastroesophageal junction, and gastric adenocarcinoma. The usual approach for patients is treatment with FOLFOX chemotherapy. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Fluorouracil stops cells from making DNA and it may kill tumor cells. Leucovorin is used with fluorouracil to enhance the effects of the drug. Oxaliplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Some patients also receive an immunotherapy drug, nivolumab, in addition to FOLFOX chemotherapy. Immunotherapy may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Irinotecan blocks certain enzymes needed for cell division and DNA repair, and it may kill tumor cells. The Study will include patients with: NMIBC with CIS for whom BCG therapy is unresponsive, and other high risk patients with NMIBC.
